The owners have created a wonderful holiday home with a very high standard of finish throughout including a Sonos sound system, Alexa and Smart TVs in practically every room. Parking is available for up to three cars and a superfast EV charger is available.
The ground floor features a stunning sociable kitchen with breakfast bar, a comfy corner sofa and dining area, perfect for gathering in together as a family. There is also a separate utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The childrenโs Dino den has a wonderful treehouse inspired cabin bed, suitable for sleeping two children. The second bedroom has double bed and the third also a double, with dressing room and en-suite. The perfect addition to this large home is the fourth bedroom, which is a pod at the end of the garden, and is ideal for those wanting a little extra space. The pod has a double bed, a Smart TV, en-suite with walk-in shower and even its own fridge and coffee maker. Perfectly located for those who enjoy walking or cycling Moola House is just a 5-minute drive or 12-minute cycle ride to the very pretty fishing village of Emsworth with a lovey array of shops, cafรฉs, pubs and restaurants. The beautiful cathedral city of Chichester is a short drive away with a fantastic selection of independent shops, theatre and lots of eateries - this is a city not to be missed. Within easy reach are the beaches at West Wittering and Bognor Regis, 20 minutesโ drive, and the picturesque sailing village of Bosham, and Arundel with its historic castle and antique shops.
The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Pagham Nature Reserve, the nautical city of Portsmouth with its Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays (with designer outlets and waterside dining) are also within easy reach. The glorious South Downs National Park is excellent for walkers, harbour tours, golf, sailing and cycling can all be enjoyed locally.
