This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located on a flat peninsula lot with over 400 feet of shoreline and 180 degree lake and mountain vistas. With approximately 4,175 square feet, there is space for family and friends to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, morning coffee and happy hour with wide open views and game nights. There are three kings, two full beds. The large screened in porch is a favorite place to dine, relax and take in the amazing views. The walk out lower level has a wonderful outdoor living area with comfortable furniture and fire pit, perfect for enjoying an evening drink or s'mores with friends. There is corn hole, badminton and other games available to play in the yard. The lower level also, provides additional areas for gamesand watching tv. Kids will love their own space!
The reason we LOVE this property the most though, is because of the beautiful, wide cove of water we are in! You will be able to float, swim, kayak, paddle board or just hang out on the dock in this beautiful deepwater part of the lake. Homeowner boat is in the main slip but dock has access cleats on both sides for your own boat or if you rent a boat. NO trailers are allowed to be parked on property during your stay.
It is a short drive to many grocery stores, local restaurants, downtown Seneca and Clemson University (7 miles). This is the perfect getaway for family and friends to make lasting memories.

This QUIET street is very walkable and there are several nearby hiking trails and waterfalls to explore. There are several golf courses and spas in the area. Canoe and kayaks provided. There are places on the lake to rent paddle boards, boats etc.
Please honor quiet time after 10:00 PM for our neighbor friends.
Lake Keowee offers pristine water, recreational fun, sunny shores, and a place to relax and unwind with family and friends.
