Positive: Location was good. Furnishings were fine.
Negative: The 2nd bathroom was not great. The tub was grungy with moldy caulking. Not suitable for 2 adults and I wouldn’t bathe a child in the tub. The outdoor porch was very dirty. Debris and leaves that had not been cleaned in months and mold around the doors. I live in the south so I do get the humidity factor, but for the $200 cleaning fee this unit was not as clean as it should be!
Summary: Kiawah is a beautiful island and we enjoyed our stay, but will look for another villa next time.
