Summary: Overall, the property and location were good. The starter supplies were sufficient for our 4-night stay. The kitchen and living area were a little tight for the number of people that the condo sleeps, but we made it work. We did have some difficulty in regulating the temperature (it was either very cold or a bit warm). There was also a nail protruding from the 4th step of the stairs leading up to the living/kitchen area. A cup was left purposely on the step, and I notified Charles of this issue when we checked out. We normally stay in a cabin when we go to Gatlinburg but chose a condo closer to the strip for convenience, as we were only there for 4 nights and 3 days. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and had no major issues, but we will definitely stay in a cabin on our next visit.
