The home is complete with a private oceanfront deck and fantastic views. View the beach from Hatteras Inlet to the point at Buxton! Enjoy direct beach access via the community boardwalk, a well-equipped kitchen with solid-surface counters, DirecTV with HBO, a DVR, DVD players, and a sound-side deck for viewing spectacular sunsets. On the ground level, you'll find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables.

The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen.
