Welcome to Ocean Awaits 1! This beachfront house has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores, Alabama. At Ocean Awaits 1, you are conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores, just 3 miles west of Highway 59, right on the gorgeous beach. The home offers amazing views of the Gulf from all 3 balconies and boasts a large private pool that overlooks the sand and water. If you want to put your toes in the sand or swim in the Gulf, just walk down the private boardwalk and enjoy! The house was recently gutted and remodeled, finished in June 2022, and looking brand new!
On the first floor, you'll find Bedroom 1 contains both a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 contain King beds. On the second level, is the cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area! Also on this floor you will find Bedroom 6 containing both a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 7 which contains a King bed. There is also a smaller Bedroom 8 with a built in Twin and a Sleeper sofa and it will use the separate hall bathroom. Finally, on the third floor is the Master Bedroom 9 and bathroom.
