Summary: Interesting lodging. It's an apartment building that seems to have longer term tenants, it's not really a hotel as there's no staff on site. We were able to reach a very helpful and friendly staff person via phone, however. Shared bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Clean. Good grocery market 2 kins down the hill. Overall, good value.
