Positive: A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The property is impeccably clean, charming, and beautifully maintained. The onsen was wonderfully refreshing, and the selection of high-end cosmetic products was a lovely touch. Nozomi-san and her husband were warm, cheerful hosts who made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a perfect escape from the noise and fatigue of the city, leaving me feeling truly refreshed.
