This RENOVATED two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is perfectly located on the south end of Amelia Island within the Omni Plantation and directly across the street from the beach. Upon entering the unit (on the 4th floor) guests are greeted by an open, light, and airy space decorated in a coastal theme throughout.
The kitchen is updated with white cabinets, and quartz countertops and stocked with all the essentials including a toaster, blender, tea kettle, knife set, cutting board, pots/pans, and regular coffee maker. The breakfast bar and dining flow effortlessly to the main living area and sliding glass doors that lead to the private balcony overlooking beautiful island greenery.
The main living area is equipped with ample seating, a flat-screen TV that offers Xfinity cable, and even a desk. The master bedroom suite has a King bed, TV, dresser, closet, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest room provides two Full-size beds, a closet, a dresser, and a TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Guests can utilize the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided within the unit.
While staying here you have full access to the pool and over seven miles of walking and bike trails to explore. The beach is located across the street and there are many beloved shops, restaurants, and even a resort spa within close proximity.
A full-size washer/dryer, fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
