The space
Perched atop the cliffโs edge above Bowen Bay Beach on the westside of Bowenโs spectacular rainforest, our cozy modern and very private suite boasts amazing ocean vistas from every room and from your intimate fireside patio.
Watch the boats sail by. Enjoy the red-tailed hawks as they soar above. Sleep in. Sip wine. Play cards. Laugh. Explore the many trails. Inhale the sea air. Soak up the sun. And enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Stargaze. Dream. Relax. And let the busy world disappear amongst the trees and birdsong.
The contemporary open plan 1100 sq ft space, located on the first level of our two level home, includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living, kitchen and dining areas all have expansive ocean views. French doors open out to your private patio with a propane fireplace, comfy love seat and chairs, and a Weber BBQ. Your home-away-from-home is well-appointed and perfectly located within walking distance to stunning forests, trails, beaches and parks, there is no need to get into your car!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Open the side gate to the far left of the main patio, make your way down the stone steps next to the pond, and let yourselves into the suite. Pour yourselves a glass of wine, put your feet up and watch the red-tailed hawks soar overhead as you marvel at the sunsets over stunning Bowen Bay.

Evergreen is a private, secluded and tranquil neighbourhood and the preservation of our neighbourโs peace, quiet and privacy is essential.
WE HAVE A DOG:
Her name is Libbee - sheโs a 7 year old 22 Lb Terrier.
INFANTS:
Infants are more than welcome but unfortunately we aren't equipped with any of the necessary items that a baby or toddler requires. Our home and property is perched on a cliffside next to a ravine with large boulders, steep embankments and a pond. We are more ideally suited for adults-only.
