Positive: The property is very well located, there is a shuttle bus that stops outside the property and runs every 30 minutes, perfect for exploring the town. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a lovely communal area and the beds and sofas etc are so comfortable! Our host Alberto, was so friendly and popped in to say hello, he made us welcome and was there to answer questions, give recommendations and regularly messaged during our stay to see how we were. 10/10 service that you don’t get from many places, Alberto obviously cares greatly about providing an excellent service, and he made us feel extremely welcome. I will be recommending his beautiful home to friends I know that are visiting Tuscany this year.

Negative: Nothing, everything was better than we could have ever imagined.
