Positive: We loved our stay at this hotel! From the food, staff, renovated installations to the fitness center it was perfect! Resort is well renovated. The all-inclusive option was great and above our expectations (i) food was good with various options for all three meals; (ii) fitness activities were AMAZING with great coach and equipment; (iii) staff was friendly; (iv) we even received a bonus massage with our stay! Overall great quality for the price.

Negative: Drinks included in the all inclusive could have been better, including the wine which was really too sweet compared to all house wine in Crete. Tennis and paddle should have been included in the all-inclusive package.
