LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING:
The stunning living room with exquisite hanging lamps and golden framed paintings has two comfortable sofas and a coffee table. There is a small dining table with two chairs and a formal dining area that can seat up to 4 guests. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the amenities you need including a coffee machine, a fridge, a stove, an oven, a juicer, a microwave and a dishwasher. It also has a table and two chairs for a quick snack.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with three single beds and one with one single bed. There is also a double sofa bed. One of the two bathrooms has a bathtub and the other one has a shower. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided.
Laundry and Extra Appliances:
The property is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board provided for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire villa, the garden and parking.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
