Positive: the host was friendly, helped with everything we asked for, also arranged transportation to Bilene for us. we requested a specific breakfast setup and they delivered. very friendly staff. one of the housekeeping lady there could communicate in isiXhosa/Setswana and it was a bonus for us as some staff didn't know English at all.
