Summary: The pictures are misleading as they must have been taken when the unit was just redone and now it is really showing the wear and tear of use. As well the pictures make the unit look bigger and newer than it actually is. For 4 people it would be tight but for the two of us it was adequate. It should be noted that this is a 4 story walkup (no elevator) on worn stairs that have a definite slope. If you are older like us and have anything heavy it can be a challenge to walk up the 80 steps caring your luggage. Don’t expect a smart tv that you can cast your table too or anything but Spanish channels. So unless you go out every evening expect to bring your own entertainment. The unit is fairly quiet and you don’t hear a lot of street noise but anything that happens inside the building carries up the stairs and can be heard quite loudly. It is a great location as you can walk to just about anything you'd like to see. Daniel our contact person was great and very responsive to all of our requests or concerns.
