This apartment is an outdoor persons dream. Right beside the Allegheny trail / bike trail that stretches for miles. This bike trail has a bridge that crosses the Shavers Fork River right in our parking lot. Placed perfectly center of water park and fishing pond. Also minutes from skateboard park, tennis court , and basketball courts walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. This apartment is so close to river you could carry your kayak to the river from your car!! 30 minutes from 3 large ski resorts. Timberline, Canaan Valley, and White grass ski resorts.
