Das neue Apartment liegt sehr ruhig und beschaulich am südlichen Feldrand zu Schwetzingen. Die Ortsmitten von Plankstadt und Schwetzingen sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Apartment/Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und verfügt direkt vor dem Anwesen über genug kostenlose Parkplätze für Autos, Transporter, Motor und Fahrräder. Die neue Gasheizung garantiert sehr schnelle angenehme Wärme in den einzelnen Räumen. Ein Ventilator ist auch vorhanden, falls es mal zu heiß wird.
