Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is 4 persons, with no exceptions. This apartment is located in the rear of the building facing the mountains of Bella Vis/La Cresta mountain side. The apartment has recognized easy easy access from all points in Panama City. All taxi and Uber drivers know where the building is located and known upscale neighborhood, with it's extremely safe and secure reputation. The bedrooms have 2 brand new real queen beds and 2 full bathrooms, living room seating 8, dining room seating 4, fully equipped kitchen and separate room which includes a sofa bed and a stacked washer and dryer and gas hot water heater. The apartment is over 880 square feet in size, making it very comfortable, safe and quiet from outside noise. Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 1 or 2 kids.
Guest will have access to the pool area and patio for sunbathing area located on the first floor above the of the building which is above the first three floors of covered private and guests parking.
I personally pick you up at the airport and take you to the apartment and return you to the airport upon your departure for a fee of $100.00 (exactly the same rate airport taxis charge) in a luxurious platinum BMW series 7. This is how I do it and it is the best way to do it for both parties primarily due for guests security and convenience for all my guests. Again a airportregular taxi charges exactly the same amount for a group of 4 to the apartment, which is $50.00 each way. So I charge the exact same amount, but pick you up and drop you off in a secure luxurious platinum BMW series 7. While in the apartment I would be available to you by phone or email/whatsapp at ALL TIMES to give you advice, assistance and recommendations regarding your activities in Panama or any other questions/requests you might have.
The building and area is occupied by lots of Americans, Europeans and other South American foreigners. The building is 9 years old so it is in e condition and considered new construction. The building has monitored security cameras throughout public areas and has 24 hour security staff. The apartment is a corner unit which is the largest size apartments in the buildings.Unit is very quiet and very cool with a wonderful breeze.
No pets allowed. Maximum number of guests is 4. Minimum 3 night stay with a one time $40.00 cleaning fee. I as the apartment manager reserve the right to enter the property at a reasonable time and with a reasonable advance notice of at least 30 minutes and you being present during my visit, but not required for the purposes of inspecting the apartment and it's condition if it is determined ilnecessary due to building emergencies, tenant complaints or security notification Furthermore the guest signing the rental contract with the apartment will be requested to be present before checking out as I am there to pick up the apartment keys and do a brief final inspection of the apartment before guests checks out.
