Positive: Location is great, as well as the terrace we had. Overall we liked it and with the negative points (see below), we didn't want to burden your busy and competent front desk. A really great place
Negative: I feel there is a backlog of maintenance, and a lack of care for detail in the preparation of the rooms. It would be sad if such a good service/location went down hill due to lack of maintenance and quality of room preparation.
Summary: Highs and lows but mainly a great experience.
