Beaucoup de charme et d'espace pour votre logement situé dans un immeuble en pierre du 18ème siècle, plafonds hauts (3 mètres), parquet ancien. Séjour 30 m2 avec cuisine tout confort toute équipée. Couchages : chambre avec lit double + chambre avec lit double et un matelas au sol pour une personne + salon avec canapé lit . Une salle de bains refaite à neuf récemment et une machine à laver à disposition pour les séjour plus long.

Votre logement est situé dans un bel immeuble bordelais en pierre. Il a gardé tout le charme de l'ancien, avec tout le confort moderne. Il est très lumineux avec un beau volume, une hauteur sous plafond exceptionnelle. Le parquet est d'époque.

Transport : Aéroport a 20 min en voiture Navette possible Gare saint jean a 20 min à pied ou possibilité tram ligne A 10 min accès direct.
Inutile d'avoir une voiture pour visiter le centre ville.
Pour garer votre voiture vous avez trois parkings publics a 3 min à pieds à disposition (Saliniere, capucin,Victor Hugo, victoire)

Si vous arrivez de la gare, il faut prendre le tram C (10 min) ou venir à pied (20 min).
Si vous arrivez en voiture, il faudra trouver une place de stationnement dans le quartier où vous pouvez bénéficier des 3 parking publics à proximité (Salinières, Victor Hugo...)
