Summary: Saw the high rating and decided to change my hotel at the eleventh hour. Location was perfect, but it is definitely only a 2* hotel. Pool was simply an enlarged bath tub. Stairs to room. Shower had extremely low water pressure, which was later adjusted. Breakfast starts at 7.30am but at 7.45am it was still closed. Receptionist said she had no idea what time it will open. I paid about US$80 after 30% discount. Not worth. It is just a mere motel. Rooms were spacious. The only pros about this motel is Aziman, the manager. He has been very helpful and thoughtful. He passed me a towel to use for my activities. I dare not take any towels out of the room because there is a message in the room that states the cost of cleaning the towel is RM80, face towel is RM50 etc. Frankly, for that price, I can buy a few new towels. Besides, upon check in, the duvet covers were not even washed after the previous guests checked out. Hygiene is definitely missing. And the flushing system stinks. Not sure if it applies to all hotels in the area because there is a bad sewage odour even at the toilets in the malls.
