This newer renovation is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The kitchen and baths are new and living room, dining area, and back patio are all updated and beautiful. The bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just out your back door. This property includes off street parking and a gorgeous community pool.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - right across from the pool and easy walking distance to anywhere you'd like to go. A few maintenance issues need attended to (light bulbs out, missing knobs in bathroom, missing hair dryer in one bathroom, stairway carpet needs cleaned, but all normal wear and tear. Patio area needs spruced up to make it an enjoyable space. We booked it again for next year, the location is perfect for us.
