Positive: Great views, well located, immaculately clean. Nicole communicated with brilliantly, and was so helpful to give local knowledge, advice on the local area. She really helped us make the most of our time.

Negative: Only downside was that the double bed was a sofa bed

Summary: Great location to see lake como.
