Positive: The location. Amenities such as water filter/washing machine Swimming pool and balcony on floor 19
Negative: Poor customer service - despite having booked two suites for three people no bedding for sofa bed. Tried to charge us extra for another bed when we had booked to used the sofa beds. Place poorly cleaned. Very dated Noisy. Not a true reflection of the cost we paid. No housemaid service day 2 - day 3 she made the beds (ish) - didn’t sweep floors or change the bins. We had drilling work going on in a room on the corridor. I was assured it was only work hours but it was 8am until 6.30pm. Very loud
