Positive: We had a wonderful stay. It was hard to find the door to Assoli house, but other people who were staying there helped us. We loved our room, it was much nicer than expected, with a beautiful terrace. Very comfortable, clean and excellent facilities. Just a beautiful room for a very good price, nice and quiet and in a great location. The walk to Assoli from Montesanto station is steep and uphill if the funicular isn’t running, but absolutely gorgeous and a great welcome to Naples. We were in awe. Also beautiful view of Vesuvius from the street the hotel is on and a couple of great low-key Salumerias and Cafes. 15 minute walk to downtown and nice to be a little bit away from it.Thank you! If we’re ever in Naples again we will stay here.
Negative: The only issue with the room was the light/sound that comes in from the main hallway. We didn’t have an issue with sound, but if any guests were loud it may have woken us up. The light was a little annoying - I slept with an eye mask. You could consider covering the windows on the top of the wall to the hallway so that the hallway light doesn’t shine into the rooms
