Negative: After I told the landlady about the insects I had found, she cancelled the booking, allegedly by mistake, but I believe she did it on purpose. In addition to this major problem, the flat was very cold when we moved in, and it took us three days to warm it up. There was also an unpleasant smell in the flat throughout our entire stay (7 days).

Summary: Upon checking into the flat, we discovered insects. Our stay in the flat was ruined.
