From the spectacular views to the spacious luxury accommodations, this renovated, beautifully decorated unit offers everything to make your vacation unforgettable. Summer Place #506 was just freshly painted in 2024 and is 100% tiled. It has a brand-new sofa sleeper and new master bedroom furniture. The condo has a fully equipped, large kitchen with a new refrigerator/freezer, all stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The condo has a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a new smart TV in the living room, as well as 3 additional flat screen TV's in bedrooms and free WI-FI.
**We also pre-pay for a daily beach set-up with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for March-October which is FREE to our guests.**
This beautiful condo has full unobstructed views of the pools, beach and ocean. The large balcony extends across the width of the living room and master bedroom. The master suite has a new comforter, large walk-in closet and the spacious master bath has an oversized tub and shower. The large 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and opens to a full bathroom, 2nd bathroom also opens to living area. Bunk Bedroom is a private 3rd bedroom with (2) twin mattresses.
