Updated Mid-Century Modern 2 bedroom/2 bath, fully furnished condo. Enjoy the patio and mountain views to the west through a wall of floor to ceiling 10 foot windows. This unit gets abundant light and has no steps to navigate.
A minimum of two months for January, February, and March.
Seven Lakes, also known as the “Gem of the Desert”, is the only 24 hour guarded and gated country club community in the Palm Springs area. The clubhouse serves delicious cuisine or you can socialize over cocktails on the rear terrace. Play 18 holes of golf on the executive course or play tennis/pickle ball on a full size court. There are also 15 heated pools and spas on property. Being that Seven Lakes is primarily a senior community, you find your neighbors to be in their 70s, 80s and even 90s. It is not the most child friendly choice you could make. If this is the lifestyle you are seeking for your time in Palm Springs, this is the unit you want to choose!
I live next door but I am rarely in Palm Spring during the times the unit is available. There a handyman on call should you need anything.
