The 40 mยฒ holiday home for up to 3 people, completely renovated in 2017, is located directly on the water and is equipped with a living room (sofa bed for 1 person, flat-screen TV, radio with CD player, DVD player (on request), dining area), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. The holiday home has WLA and insect screens in front of the windows. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The holiday home includes: furnished terrace with barbecue, 1 bicycle (free of charge), 1 rowing boat (free of charge).
Next to Templin, Lychen is the most attractive holiday resort in the Uckermark. Due to the abundance of forests and lakes in the sparsely populated area, all conditions for a relaxing nature holiday are given. Directly around the town of Lychen there is an interconnected lake area with a total of seven lakes, providing the best conditions for swimming, fishing and water sports. The town has a well-developed tourist infrastructure with various shopping facilities, restaurants and cafรฉs, boat and bike hire, raft trips, carriage rides/horse riding, trolley trips and much more. In the high season, there are also regular festive events in the village. A motorway connection can be reached in about 60 km. The nearest railway station is in Fรผrstenberg (approx. 12 km away).
