Positive: The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the view from the hotel is pretty. The outdoor surroundings and scenery are definitely a highlight.
Negative: Unfortunately, there were many negative points that really affected our stay. The road leading to the hotel is in very bad condition, with potholes everywhere, which makes getting there unpleasant and difficult. The “parking” area is not really a proper parking space and feels unsafe because it is on a steep slope. The rooms were very cold and there is no proper heating system. The only solution provided was a large gas-powered heater brought into the room, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable to leave inside. In addition, the rooms have a strong old smell and did not feel clean or fresh, which made the stay less pleasant. On top of that, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms, which makes it hard to rest properly.
