Positive: This place is a gem. Huge flat in 2nd floor with a lift. Everything needed is provided, including coffee, tea, yoghurts, cereals, sweets for breakfast. The host is friendly and attentive. Really calm neighborhood. There is always a free spot to park on the street, no restrictions. 10 minutes by walk to the center.
