Positive: The staff is very nice to the guests; it speaks English very well. You usually interact with the owner itself. He tries to find what are your wishes and make your staying even more pleasing. One thing that sets it apart (at least for me) is the cleaning of the rooms and common spaces. They do it daily. They have about 7 parking spaces inside the property. You can exit whenever you want. For me is the place I'd come back and stay again.
