Positive: There was a good pizzeria nearby.

Negative: House was not heated before our arrival. The LED lights throughout the entire house are extremely bright and cannot be dimmed. There are no standard electrical outlets in the bathroom, so we had to use the hairdryer in the hallway. For that price, I would still expect a bit more attention to detail and comfort in the house.
