Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this property is close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen after a day at the beach or a day of boating. Relax in the spacious living room or on the private balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunsets as you unwind for the evening! Public Beach access is a short walk from the property. Fish right off the dock or go crabbing! Great place to go paddle boarding. Bring your boat and dock it at the available boat slip!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living room with views of the bay, and a private balcony. A master suite with a king size bed and a large bathroom. A guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a large TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out! Washer and dryer in unit.

Boat slip is 23 ft. x 10 ft. wide. There is a $75.00 fee for boat slip rental. Boats must be insured. Water Hose available at slip. Power cord not furnished, however there is an outlet to use if you bring your own power cord.
Parking: Complex has 2 assigned parking spots. Boat Trailers cannot be parked on property. If you are bringing a boat trailer contact Brooks Bridge Marina or Adventure Marine in regard to parking your boat trailer well in advance as spots are limited.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
