Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was brilliant - close to Galata Tower but also close to the bridge and many restaurants, cafes and shops. Metro only a short walk, however the streets are very steep - get your walking shoes on. Air conditioning was much needed - beds really comfortable and very clean all round. Would definitely recommend this apartment, especially the terrace on the 3rd floor with amazing views over Istanbul.

Negative: Not the fault of the apartment at all but it would be wrong not to mention there is some night noise from cars driving the very narrow streets at night with their music on very loud. Can go on late into the night but we did get used to it and I got some ear plugs, which did the job. If you’re a light sleeper it may disturb you.
