IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Prices quoted do not include breakfast. Breakfast Plan will be explained once you have booked. The reason for this is, the Bermuda Government has now instituted a 4.5% OCCUPANCY TAX on all B & B's.
There is no provision for splitting out the food from room rates. So as to avoid a double taxation, we now will quote ROOM PRICE ONLY. i.e. Breakfast is Not Included in your quote. The breakfast will operate separate and be a separate charge, at the end of your stay. The cost of breakfast for 2020 is twenty dollars per person per day. For breakfast plan we must have a minimum of 2 persons having Breakfast.

Watch Hill Manor B & B Suites are conveniently located in Smith's Parish, only 12 minutes from the Bermuda's International Airport.
The property is well situated on Watch Hill, on Knapton Estates Road. The property looks East, overlooking the John Smith's Bay area and the beautiful South Shore, down as far as Castle Roads and Bird Rock. Wonderful vistas of the coast, reef line and the ever changing blue and turquoise water. In the Spring, one can see the whales migrating North and sometimes they stop just in front of us and frolic and breech.
The B & B accommodation is, a one Bedroom Suite with Ocean Views, King Size bed (or can be 2 x Single) with modern bathroom with shower and a LARGE separate lounge.
Amenities include: Cable T.V. , Free Local phone, under counter refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle with tea, coffee, etc.... .PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT ALLOW COOKING IN THIS SUITE. ONLY REWARMING OF PREPARED FOODS.
The property boasts an Indoor/Outdoor Pool, a full size Tennis Court with ball machine, a Squash Court, and Golf Driving Range, plus putting mats. These may be used during day light hours, by reservation only.
Indoor/Outdoor pool for guests enjoyment and is open from 7 AM till 6 PM daily.
Brian, is an X-hotelier and restaurateur with over 50 years experience, both in Bermuda and abroad. Both myself and my lovely wife will be certain to make your stay most memorable. We speak English, Dutch and German with a smattering of Spanish and French. Should you choose the breakfast program, this is served between 7 am and 9:00 AM with you deciding the time. The menu is varied and again you decide what you would wish by placing the order either the day or night before.
We have many facilities near by:
BEACH: John Smith's Bay: One of Bermudas Premier public beaches, just a 5 minute walk from the front gate.
GOLF: Mid Ocean Golf Club and Tuckers Point Golf Club are a 5 minute moped ride away. We can reserve T-times for you.
RESTAURANTS: 4 Restaurants and a Cafe, within 5 to10 minute drive, or Hamilton and St. George's for a more varied selection.
CHURCHES: 3 Churches within 5 to 7 min. Catholic, Church of England, Methodist (AME) Supermarkets: One within 3 minutes drive, others 5 and 10 minute drive.
BUS STOPS: 3 choices of Routes. South Shore 3 min. walk, Harrington Sound 5 min. walk, Knapton Hill 3 min walk.
Hamilton City: (Capital ) 20 minute drive by bus, cab, or moped.
Towne of St. George's: 25 min. drive by cab or moped. By bus, 35 min due to having to transfer at Grotto Bay.
Spittal Pond Natural Reserve: One of the largest parks in Bermuda is a 10 minute walk from the gate. See where the Portuguese and the Spanish first landed in Bermuda, along with many birds, plus Parrot Fish feeding on the reef. Also ,you may see lizards and frogs or even whales.(? )
We can arrange many things for you if you wish.
Several would be: Taxi Tours, Bus Tours, Deep Sea Fishing, Jet Skiing Tours, Sailing, Water Skiing, Wake Boarding, etc..... .
Other Amenities:Sleep on 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton Linens.Quality Terry Cloth towels and wash cloths provided. Soaps and shampoo provided, along with Free Make-up remover. Hair Drier provided. We have a separate shared Laundry Facility provided for guests, with Soap and Fabric Softener. There are also ironing facilities.
Full Tennis Court with ball machine for practice, Squash Court, Golf Driving Range ,Practice Putting mats, Indoor/Outdoor Pool. Free WiFi, Air Conditioning, Pool & Beach Towels Provided. Fishing just 5 minute walk from front gate.
