'Beach Break' is situated a short walk from Woolgoolga Beach.
It is a comfortable, clean, 3 bedroom, family-sized home with main bedroom consisting of a king size bed and ensuite. A second bedroom has a double bed. A large third bedroom has 2 king single beds.
Kitchen is well-equipped, clean, spacious and has everything you need to cook a meal for a family. It also has a dishwasher.
Laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, iron and ironing board and an outside clothesline.
A single carport is attached to the house.
There is also a sunny, north-facing deck where outdoor dining can be enjoyed. There is a BBQ on the deck

Summary: Large,very old style house, ensuite bathroom okay, main bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. For the number of people it accommodates there wasn't enough comfortable chairs.outdoor areas are excellent but overall it needs a lot more loving care. we found the kitchen area quite cluttered and simple requirements, like a mixing bowl, we're not available. that's being petty. some areas were not clean on our arrival
