Positive: The house had been renovated to a high standard and was very clean and homely. I like the way in which the towel bundles were presented. They had obviously been well laundered. The kitchen was super and had most things one could need. I loved being so close to the beautiful beach. The garden area was larger than expected and would be lovely in the summer. The parking really was not a problem and we have a very big 4 x 4. You just have to reverse carefully between the gate posts.
Negative: Please could you put up some coat hooks? There is nowhere to hang coats and the wardrobe was quite small. A big problem with bulky winter coats. Some hooks as you come in (maybe instead of the shelves in the kitchen) and some on the backs of doors for dressing gowns etc. I would also have loved a dustpan and brush to clear up some of the sand we inevitably brought in off the beach. I could find the brush but not the pan. Getting out the hoover each time was a faff! The main bed had probably seen better days and the bed linen was a bit below par. I think this could have been smarter.
