Positive: The view from the balcony was so beautiful to see the ocean and nearby beach so chill and peaceful
Negative: The desk staff is so rude to me, I know I supposed to be wake up early but I just active to oversleep so I knew I was wrong and I apologize to staff ! Because I knew it was so embarrassing and wrong, but should be more nicely or used another function,” the staff “ she was yelling at me about how I did, and I can see she said something by English and she kept telling me to payment for my “problem “, and she wanted me to pay for 6500 JP ,during we talked about it,she non-stop saying me that she so mean and I literally had no idea how to explain to her? She only care about the cash in my eyes so I don’t wanna say anything! Finally I gonna be apologizing for my wrong again! But plz don’t let guest speak to my trauma again! Thank you so much!
