Summary: Travelers need to be aware that there was NO STAFF available during our two night stay. Exterior and interior locks were controlled by keypads that required quite a bit of dexterity to actually open; the doors needed to be pulled into alignment before the codes were entered. There was no number available for guests to call if there was an issue with the hotel. The stairs to the second floor lacked an adequate handrail. The location on Main Street in Beacon was convenient.
