Summary: Definitely would not stay here again. Host texted me that there was a leak in the kitchen and that they would be getting it fixed before we arrived. While we appreciated the notification when we got there the drywall dust and dirt were never cleaned up. Dirt and drywall were falling from the ceiling as we were moving our things in.After paying an exorbitant rate due to it being graduation weekend we expected the house to be clean and that it would have working appliances. Neither was true. The house was filthy. It obviously hadn't had a real cleaning in a very long time.Most appliances weren't functional. When I tried to cook something in the downstairs oven the house instantly started filling with smoke so I had to turn it off. Upstairs oven didn't work nor did the microwave or coffeemaker. Dishwasher and disposal on first floor had out of order signs on them.Some of the pillows and mattress pads were very badly stained. Some of the furniture was broken and the couches were every dirty. The staircase between the 2 floors was dark, dirty and had no railings.While we weren't expecting luxury accommodations we were at least expecting a clean place. Disappointing to say the least.
