3. 3 Night minimum rental.
4. No Outside noise between 9 pm and 8 am per CITY CODE. Active Neighbor security watch.
5. This is a NO Smoking in the home. No smoking of any kind or Vaping is allowed inside the property - No Exceptions.
6. This home is for the number of guests requested (only) unless authorized by owner in writing, to be able to relax, have fun and enjoy all the comforts of home as you enjoy your vacation, visiting and time in Orange. 😊
