6 Bedroom Villa in Privlaka
Villa Mate is situated just in front of the sea in quiet surrounding and offers privacy. In front of the house is a big garden with olive shadow where our guests like to spend their time.
Villa is really spacious (255 m2) and has 6 bedrooms with double beds (furniture is hand made). There are 3 air conditions in the house, 3 LCD SAT TV, 4 bathrooms (fully equipped, 1 with bathtub whirlpool, other with shower, in 3 bathrooms there are washing machines and hair dryers). On the ground floor there is a large terrace and one balcony. On the first floor there are 2 balconies with amazing seaview, especially in the morning and evening. Kitchens are fully equipped with oven, microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, kettles, dishwashers, big refrigerators with freezing compartment. We have a baby bed and high chair on request.
As you could see on pictures our house is situated just in front of the sea, with big garden (630 m2) surrounded from all sides with the trees which offers privacy. In big garden our guests usually spend their time, using wooden sunchairs, solar shower and nice big barbecue. In the garden is also another table where you can enjoy food prepared on the grill. Location and surrounding are pretty quiet, because house is surrounded with trees. In spring 2016 we planted new grass, put the led lights around the house, and arrange a space near the grill.
About the beach. The beach in front of the house is sandy mixed with stones. Approximately 30-40 meters along the cost there is pure sandy beach. Only sand as you can see on the picture. Sandy beach is really nice for swimming, playing in the sea and sunbathe, especially for children because beach is shallow.
There is also a mooring place for your boat.
