Fully renovated top to bottom. Heated pool, water views, massive bbq, four bedrooms, three full baths and two pull-out couches. New kitchen, floors, windows, etc. Designed with comfort in view. Everything new! The large master bedroom has two walk in closets and en suite bathroom.
As Southampton Shores residents, our guests have access to and can walk to a private bay beach as well as three tennis courts for your use. Heated pool is private to the house.
Guests can use everything! The kitchen is fully stocked, beach towels are provided as well as bathroom towels, shampoo, condtioner, condiments, spices, etc. Laundry, all appliances, complete kitchen with all the tools you need, garage space for bicycles, kayaks or SUPs. The house is yours!
We are happy to swing by for any needs you might have, but weโre also happy to leave you in privacy enjoying the house and the Hamptons as you wish. You set the pace. If you need us, weโre available, but otherwise we stay out of your hair.
Please note: ALL guests will be provided with one full propane tank for pool usage. Refills will be paid by the client from the security deposit.
