There are two front doors which access the lower ground and upper ground floors by a set of steps to each floor. On the lower ground floor is a stunning sociable open plan kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering all the family together for a meal after a busy day exploring. Virgin Media TV, Sky Sports and Movies is available too.
There is a bedroom at the rear in the sunny garden room and also a shower room on this level. Plus, recently installed French doors that open up onto a sunny courtyard garden, which is a perfect little sun trap.
The upper ground floor has a large living room with lots of seating for everyone, plus a large TV with Virgin Media, Sky Sports and Movies. There is also another double bedroom on this level.
On the landing between the upper ground floor and the first floor is a lovely modern family bathroom.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed to the front of the property and the other with a single bed and additional pull-out trundle single bed. Here you have access to the stunning loft double bedded room which is via a staircase leading from this room. These two rooms are perfect for family use.
Woodcut Villas is perfectly located within a short walking distance to plenty of amenities and independent retailers on the famous ’Albert Road’, including the Kings Theatre, The Wedgewood Music Rooms, independent cafes, supermarkets, numerous wine bars and pubs, restaurants, snack bars, take away, high street stores and boutiques, all the amenities you need for all your shopping needs.
An 8 minutes’ walk away is the bustling shopping and eating/drinking area of Palmerston Road which leads a few minutes later on to Southsea and Eastney beach, South Parade and Clarence Pier with all the amusements and busy beach life and the lovely green commons with all vast array of tourist activities and venues.
