Positive: It looked nice BUT I did see rat trap boxes on every floor.
Negative: Knowing there were rats on the property. We never figured out how to use the tv. It would have been nice to have a guide book in the room with instructions on how to use the multiple remotes in the living room and bedroom.
Summary: Nice but rat traps are from frightening.
