Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The location is also very good - it is well connected to Zugspitze, Eibsee, and Garmisch city, making it a great base for exploring the area. Breakfast was good as well, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel consists of three buildings: the main building with the restaurant and main facilities, and two additional buildings. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which is a big plus.

Negative: Parking arrangements could be done better. Many guests arrive by car, while the parking spaces are limited, especially near the additional buildings. At times we had to drive around to find a free space. Also, since not everyone parks very neatly, fitting into the tighter spots can be a bit tricky. Considering the €10.50 parking fee per day, it would be great to have a parking space permanently fixed durig one's stay. Better marking of the spaces and a bit more control would also help.
