Summary: A great space for families with dogs. The fenced in yard was super convenient. The space had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue for our stay, but Brett was super responsive and came out immediately to resolve the issues we discovered. His reponsiveness, friendliness, and desire to make things right really made all the difference for us. It definitely would have been nice to have the listing make clear that the house was attached to an occupied residence as we felt bad that our dogs or child could potentially disturb the folks that live downstairs. Part of the reason we booked a VRBO vs a hotel was to not have to worry about disturbing other guests.In the end we had a good stay and Brett was a fantastic host.
