Positive: The house was great, exactly as advertised. Was a very relaxing getaway.

Negative: I left the place exactly as I found it, but as far as I? know they haven't even sent the cleaner yet and are still holding a security deposit, really not good enough that I still have money being held.

Summary: Great house, pretty crappy managing agents.
