Bishops Landing is one of the newest communities located just a short distance from Bethany Beach and the ocean - both within five miles. It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the Olympic-sized pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, and Ping-Pong tables. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, and much more. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach.
The air-conditioned interior offers a splendid open floor plan that seamlessly combines living and dining areas and the kitchen. Kick your feet up and enjoy an entertaining series or movie on the smart TV with streaming services as you curl up on the sectional. This is the perfect spot to rest after a refreshing dip in the pool or exploring the area using the adult bike provided. All three bedrooms are located upstairs along with a designated laundry area with a washer/dryer. The spacious primary bedroom has its own smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bath.
